Responsibilities

The Head of Digital Marketing will be responsible for leading the digital marketing team and overseeing all aspects of the company’s digital marketing strategy. This role involves strategic planning, campaign management, and ensuring the successful execution of digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives.
  • Lead and manage the digital marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the integration of digital marketing efforts with overall marketing and business strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Skills/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing and management, preferably within the professional services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • High level of integrity and ethical standards.
